DR. SAMULE K. FRIMPONG (EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN)
Born in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. in May 1975, Dr. Samuel Kofi Frimpong Born Brings extensive strategic management and technical experience as Executive Chairman of the ECOWAS Community Development Programme (ECDP)Ghana. He is a Product of Hannover Medical University, Germany, .He holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Hannover Medical University, Germany and an MBA from the University of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration Dr. Samuel Kofi Frimpong has served and still serve in several Boards in Ghana . He is a Member of the Ghana Institute of Management.
MR. KINGSLEY NYARKO ANNAN (VICE/DEPUTY CHAIRMAN)
KINGSLEY NYARKO Annan is a Ghanaian economist and politician who was appointed and served Ghana ECOWAS Community Development Programme (ECDP) ECOWAS Community Development Programme (ECDP) was Born: July 28, 1960 (age 59 years),Education: University of Ghana Legon.
MR SETH BENJAMIN (PROJECT COORDINATOR)
Seth Benjamin (is responsible for co-ordination of all the project of this Board and also the director of projects. He holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) from the University of Ghana Legon, MBA (Finance & Management), is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants His been a Board member to several Government Committee on Infrastructure and development.
MRS. ANGELA ADAMS (BOARD SECRETARY)
Mrs. Angela Adams is an accomplished administrator with a comprehensive blend of hands-on professional and academic experience. She is a devoted educationist and an effective institutional manager. .Mrs. Angela Adams holds a BA Degree in Geography from the University of Ghana, a Certificate in Procurement of Goods & Services from the Ghana Institute of Management & Administration (GIMPA) and a Teachers Certificate from Women's Training College, Tamale..
She has participated in several seminars and workshops in project management, the procurement of consultancy services, stores management, supplies & logistics management and procurement reform. Mrs. Angela Adams previously served in various positions in the Ghana Education Service (GES) as the National Director, Secondary Education Division (2004 – 2005), National Director, Supplies & Logistics Division (1999 – 2004), National Coordinator, GES/World Food Program.
Barr. Christopher Nana (LEGAL ADVICER)
Barr. Christopher Nana (LEGAL ADVICER): is a Ghanaian lawyer who studied Law at the University of Ghana.He has served as a legal advicer to many Government Committee. He is currently the legal advicer to the ECOWAS Community Development Programme CDP Ghana.
